So I never posted last week, but did update my little "weight ticker" thingy... after my disappointing, but somewhat expected gain in week 10... week 11 had me at an awesome loss of 2.6 pounds! Then tonight... week 12, I lost another 1.2 :)
I'm at a total of 18.8 pounds lost now! wow...
Originally, my goal was to lose 30 pounds total. Now, I'd like to lose a total of 25, but honestly am just sort of letting my body do it's thing. I'm not going to stop the healthy eating and the exercise (and I still definitely have some toning to do in areas), but we'll see what happens. I'm so happy and healthy now that if I were to stay where I am, that would be ok too.
As far as the contest goes, I expect to finish a strong second place behind my amazing sister who is kicking serious weight-loss butt :)
Also, I need to point out that my race training is going AWESOMELY!!! Can't wait to post some race stats next month :)
